Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we will notify you if an order cannot be fulfilled.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars. We accept credit card payments processed through Stripe. For qualifying institutional customers, we offer invoicing through QuickBooks (Intuit) with Net 30 terms. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via FedEx. Shipping times and costs depend on destination and package weight. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at questions@xenopusdiet.com. We handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to resolve any problems.
7. Intellectual Property
